As you can see available is archive with source code and already compiled JAR file. JAR file name says what XTL revision and java release has been built. Following naming pattern is used:

				libxtlp-<xtl revision>-j<java release>.jar
			

So name libxtlp-100-j21.jar means that it was built against revision 100 and Java release 21.
